To our lovely customers. It is with a very heavy heart that we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our doors at Fairytalez due to the ongoing situation with COVID 19.

Unfortunately we are unable to keep a safe social distance during our appointments and we have to put the health and well-being of our customers, staff and precious families first.

We want to reassure all of our customers that we can easily be contacted via Facebook, Instagram or email at anytime. We are still here for you all throughout this difficult time, If you would like to speak to us please just send us a message and we will call you back. Please keep an eye on our social media Sites to keep upto date with information. To our existing Brides, We are so sorry so many of you are going through such a difficult time, it’s just awful. Getting you ready for your Wedding day is still our priority. If your weddings have been postponed please contact us to inform us of your new dates. We are in the process of contacting all of our brides, so please bare with us. To those of you who have Bridal appointments booked in with us, We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, the last thing we want to do is cancel appointments, however we do feel this decision is in everyone's best interests. we will be in touch over the coming days to rearrange your appointments and hope to book you in as soon as it’s safe to do so. Please be reassured we have lots of gorgeous wedding dresses available at short notice and fantastic designers who carry stock.
